You’ve probably come across ADP if you’re looking for HR solutions for your company. If you try unsuccessfully to enter your username and password, your account will be locked. The account must be unlocked by an ADP administrator at your institution once it has been locked.

If you aren’t sure of your user ID or password, click Forgot Your ID/Password for assistance. The funds are often available following the night cycle during which they are posted in many cases. To set up the ADP Workforce Now integration, you must be a manager or account holder. If you have multiple ADP company codes, each company code will require a unique When I Work account. ActivationTo use the portal, your company must be a client of ADP. Please obtain your self-service registration code from your company Payroll or HR department. Once you have your registration code, you can register at login.adp.com. From the date of issue, this code will expire in 15 days. Your privacy is valued, in order to your protect your data, ADP cannot provide login information or assistance directly to employees. Please contact your current or former employer directly.

Check the spelling and spacing of your password if you’re having trouble logging in to ADP Portal. Close all active Internet browsers and re-log on; clear your browser history/cache; and try again. If you are an employee and you adp account locked receive the suspension notice, the cause can be that you tried to access information that you weren’t allowed to review.

Log In

In case ADP suspects that you’ve broken a local, federal, or state law, it will suspend your account. You can’t use the software to violate any laws or regulations. To prevent fraud and account abuse, ADP suspends accounts when they are inactive for a long period. If you have not previously logged in to the portal, you will need a registration code from your employer. Only your employer can provide you with this code. Getting Started Your company must be ADP’s client in order to use the portal.

Go to New User Registration and follow the instructions to create your user ID and password. The first time you use the Participant Portal, you’ll see a Terms and Conditions statement, which you must read and acknowledge by clicking the “Accept” button. If you don’t accept the Participant Portal’s terms and conditions, you will not be allowed to access the Web site. It may help to let them know that you are going to call the IRS next, if they won’t help you get your W-2 form.
